MP-49 Black Convoy
If the full MP Convoy version 3 is too expensive for you, it looks like the obligatory black redeco might only be the cab portion (without the trailer).
No official announcement yet, only a couple of early listings and a small blurry image from Japan.
More details as soon as it is officially revealed.

Y22,400 seems like a fair price to get a version of this mould.

The pics are really lackluster. My sense is that this mold doesn't lend itself to a dozen or so repaints like MP-10. I've collected all those variants to display and keep MISB but with these MP-44 repaints I won't be buying doubles to display.

I don’t see the point. The original MP was so pricy because it strove to be cartoon accurate as possible.
Now they are releasing it in a colour scheme that was never in the cartoon? Besides the obvious cash grab it seems pointless to me. At least do it in death-grey like in the movie or silver like at the end of S3.

22,531yen on Amazon Japan as well... that's about AU$300 just for the cab. I know that the trailer is mostly empty space, but it makes it look a lot worse for value to be paying $300 for something that's barely Leader class sized.
Release date is July 30th 2020.
Images archived at TFW for when the product listings disappear.

I'm tempted but you'd think there would be something to make this a draw for people seeing how the voice gimmick has been excluded as well as alot of accessories (but seeing how this is a show inaccurate figure using a show accurate figure where can it go?)
Knowing me I'll go for it and then scream later when another more desired redeco (toy, sleep/death mode or some other bizzaro thing) comes around.

I'm a sucker for nemesis prime. I wouldn't have gotten it if they used the autobot symbol.

Seems to me that Takara Tomy has admitted to the knee joint and fixed it.
