Dear Unky Iceburn,

I am in desperate need of your help good sir. Last night as I was battling away on 2142 my game/comp froze between maps.
I Ctrl+Alt+Delete'd to end the game from there. Got the 'Program not responding, end now?' box. Clicked on it.
Was taking too long to do anything so I hit the power button.
Then when I tried to restart computer Windows wont load.
Get the black screen saying 'blah blah...with options 'Start in Safe Mode, Last known good configuration, Start Windows normally'.

Please Unky Iceburn, heed my whining and come to my aid. You helped my father in the Clone Wars. You're my only hope.

Pretty standard recovery option menu for when the computer isn't shut down properly.

Just choose start windows normally. Should be good.

Did that a number of times. Still wont start. I've tried to start on all the options.

So even safe mode won't work?

I'll leave it to icy to run you through a possible recovery reinstall.
