A very late addition to the TakaraTomyMall site as an exclusive is the Siege Skywarp boxset (yes, another Siege toy to go with Ratchet that they are finally releasing in 4 months time).
This is the Phantomstrike Squadron set, which has Skywarp, Fracas, Shrute and Terror-Daxtyl, for release in January (same time as Siege Ratchet), for 7150yen (about AU$100).

Coming out next month is the Generations Super Megatron toy, and the packaging will look like this (the usual boring black & white box).
And so that I remember when doing up September's listing - the first Galactic Odyssey set (Ratchet & Lifeline) will be released in Japan as well.

A licensed item coming to Japan is something you won't see released by Hasbro - a water gun in the form of Gen1 gun Megatron.
It looks really nice, but not the sort of toy you'd want to risk carrying out in public, especially in America.
To be released in February (made to the pre-order numbers), for 7000yen.
