Aww come on - I was giving the answer away in those links and the visual clue which had a hyperlink!!
A: Beast Wars Megatron's alias was "Joe." I would have also accepted "Joe Convoy."
The visual clue there is of course, Joe Colton, the original G.I. Joe.
