On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!
Some more images (mixed in with the ones that Tober linked to), including more comparison photos with Cheetor (showing that it is essentially a new toy with about 10-20% parts copied from Cheetor), and showing the packaging contents with the instruction proving that it is an SDCC exclusive.
The inside of the packaging itself is very nicely done as a diorama, along the lines of last year's Quintesson Pit set, which would have been for SDCC if it hadn't been cancelled.
The Ravage 2-pack has now been officially revealed, which will be released in America in November for us$45.

Hasbro Australia told us at the beginning of the year that it should be coming to Australia, but will need to recheck it.

I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

Topic title is based on the Hasbro product number on the back of the box (F1201), which is the product number for this year's SDCC exclusive, and was planned for release in Australia... but that was from info 6 months ago, and the outlet here is not known (most likely EB Games and other minor fan stores).
I had a look at the Kingdom Cheetor toy, and Ravage is a significant remould of that toy, based on the arms and legs being the same.
