Yep. That’s right. No outer box. Just a (slightly banged up) slip case.
I’m not too fussed about not getting the “poster” and I hate stickers, so I wouldn’t have applied them anyway.
Not having instructions is the biggest issue
Mostly I’m just frustrated that after chasing this thing up for 2 and a half months, I get it incomplete.
I guess I should probably check and make sure there’s nothing wrong with the figures. Since if they’re defective, that’s a much bigger issue and one I would be more inclined to seek replacements/refunds for.
EDIT: I opened up the figures themselves and had a look at them, and did my best to transform them without instructions. and happy to say the only figure that has any issues is Fire. (the legs/ front of vehicle mode refuse to stay together)
Brain of courage, Holi, Saber, Star Saber and Victory Leo are all seemingly QC issue free. with the only issue I could find being that Leo's wrists and the beast mode foreleg hinge are very tight.
So at least the main attraction of the set (Star Saber and Victory Leo) are ok.
