Frankston JB Hi-Fi has moved to a new location and is no longer in the 2nd floor, shuttered food court/dead(self inflicted) mall section of the old shopping centre and is now on the 1st floor in the newer section that's across the road right by the escalator. They have SS86 Wheelie, Ratchet and Spike in stock.
