Went to Brandon Park Kmart and came across Titan Returns Misfire (2), Windblade, Wolfwire and Perceptor. Got the Windblade after a brief debate on whether to get Misfire or Windblade.

Was at Chadstone at lunchtime
TRU: Nothing exciting, but they did have both Voyager and Leader TLK Megatron
Kmart: One each of Misfire, Twin Twist and Windblade (as well as Hardhead, Wolfwire, Kup)
Target: Several each of Misfire, Twin Twist and Windblade. Several each of Voyager Scorn and Nitro. RID Blugdeon and Thermidor
They also had "Cyberfire" One Steps Scorn, Cogman and Drift which I assume are a newer wave?

Yes, that's wave 3.
Considering the warning that we weren't going to see much or wave 2 and none of wave 3, we seem to be getting a fair few size-classes go beyond wave 1... except the most important one - Deluxes.

(Continue to believe that the "Premier Edition" experiment - trying to pull off a Black Series/Legends approach by raising the price and putting them in boxes [without any actual quality increase over a regular deluxe] was a big mistake)

I didn't notice, must have missed that part of the mall. The last one that was there is a book store now. I'd like them to get a Big W, make it a real one stop shop for TF stores. (That or a TRU at Southland!)
