First it was North America, then it was the UK... now it is in Germany - a dedicated Hasbro Pulse website for purchasing and pre-ordering various exclusives and collector figures.
They noted that it is currently only for people in Germany (shipping addresses), but have said that there are more to come (which could just mean more European countries, but if they have already started expanding outside of America, the American "experiment" after the failed HasbroToyShop must be doing well enough to consider more global sites).

Australia would be a tricky one to do, as we are such a small market in general (not just Transformers, because a Hasbro Pulse website will be selling toys from several Hasbro toylines), and we are a large country for that small population (making a small amount of daily purchases expensive to ship for any regional area and cities in other states, particularly outside of the East coast if the despatch point is in Sydney).
Then again, Hasbro Australia has really been working hard to build inventory at EBGames and Amazon Australia, not to see if it would be viable to do their own thing with a Hasbro Pulse online store, but because Amazon Australia can do cheaper shipping deals and EBGames have stores around the country for pick-up for "free shipping". Both of which Hasbro Australia wouldn't be able to match if they have to use Australia Post or a courier service.
