My nearest store shut down a few years ago, and they transferred the pre-orders to another store, but it messes up something in the system, as it no longer recognises a store that doesn't exist... but doesn't cancel the orders. Just go to the store that is supposed to have them and ask them to verify that they have all of your pre-orders allocated to them, and see if you can take a photo of the list on their screen (if they can't do a screen shot to email you).Originally Posted by mharry
