    Default Collaborative Universal Monsters Frankentron

A surprise reveal this morning on the official Transformers facebook page is a new Collaborative (crossover) toy - Frankentron.

A second toy in the Universal Monsters series, following on from Draculus 2 years ago, and in similar VHS cassette styled packaging.... Frankentron is redeco of the Siege Impactor toy, with a new head to homage Frankenstein's Monster.
The toy comes with a weapon that I don't recognise, so could be new... but I could be wrong.

There aren't any listings on Australian sites yet, but if you desperately want this toy and it doesn't show up in the next week here (at places like Amazon, JB, EB or Popcultcha), you can pre-order it from Amazon America for us$35, with about us$11-12 shipping.

It is scheduled for release January 1st, 2024.

Transformers Collaborative Universal Monsters Frankenstein x Transformers Frankentron
The worlds of Transformers robots and Universal Monsters collide with the Universal Monsters Frankenstein x Transformers Frankentron mash-up pack! The iconic monstrous creation from Dr. Frankenstein’s lab is now a Transformers robot! This figure converts from movie-inspired robot mode to tank alt mode and features sculpt, deco, and details based on the film. This pack comes with a cannon accessory and blast effect piece. Transformers robots have always been — More Than Meets the Eye — but now, through the Transformers Collaborative, fans can experience these larger-than-life characters as they team-up, mash-up, and meet up with other characters, teams, and people who share this same special quality.
Includes figure, 2 accessories, and instructions.

Mine is still on its way from Singapore, but Frankentron was released in Asia a bit over a week ago, and some in-hand pics have been posted up, showing it next to the first Universal Monsters toy, Draculus... including the two boxes next to each other, which I think look really nice as a retro collection of video cassettes.

Now, if you are wanting this toy, I don't think it is being released in Australia (it would have been listed somewhere by now), so if you want this one, it is best to track one down online.
