Breakout Battle pack at Myer Sunshine Plaza. $169.00 is the ticketed price. They had at least 6 of them. Looks nice in the box but that's too much to pay in my books.
If any Target in Brisbane was bound to have the new wave of deluxes you'd expect the new Garden City Mt Gravatt one to, but alas they only had the first two waves in the deluxes. I did see one Ultra Drift and Slog there though ($49). I guess they just moved most of their old stock from Mt Gravatt Central before the %50 off storewide sale last week
Also Kmart in the same centre (opened today too) had several Large Drift's and Slogs on their shelves(no new deluxes
) But some new Nick turtle figures - Slash, Rahzar, Squirrelanoid, Newtralizer.

Garden City has opened up its new section, and I was surprised that a Target and Myer are moving in with the re-opened Kmart.
The Myer store won't be open until next month, but Kmart and Target were open today, which gives Garden City six out of seven major store-chain toy sources, which I think is about as good as we get in an Australian shopping centre.
(the seven being BigW, Kmart, Target, Toyworld, ToysRUs, Myer, DavidJones)
It would make for a great meet location, if they didn't have the paid parking now, which only gets you 3 hours free. (not really enough time for a decent meet-up... not that we have any interest for them in Brisbane anymore)
I was hoping to see all new waves of Transformers toys at Kmart and Target, but there was still a lot of wave 1 stock at both.
No new Deluxes at either store (Lockdown or later).
The Target store on the upper level of the new section looks rather small, and their toy section was tiny. This was their Transformers section.
As noted above, Myer isn't open yet, but it will be a two-storey store in the new end of the Centre, so might have a decent toy section. No guarantee though, as David Jones is also two floors, but has a tiny toy section.
On the lower floor, the newly re-opened (and relocated) Kmart had a huge toy section. So large, it had two sections for Transformers toys.
This was at the front of the toysection...
When I was first saw that in the store I was thinking they had a really bad selection, but then I had a walk around to see what the rest of the toy section was like, I found this aisle.

.
They had all six Voyagers, but at the regular price of $49.
The Rescue Bots Bumblebee Raptor, but not the Optimus T-rex for some reason.
Wave two of the One-Steps (Lockdown, Slash, Crosshairs, etc).
The latest wave of Rescue Bots 2-pack figurines, and the electronic AOE Titans.
Everything else looked to be wave one.
Checking out BigW, nothing had changed, other than most of the Clearance items were gone.
The $24 Gen1 comic book pack is now out the front of the book section on an aisle cap, instead of the hidden location they first started in.
And I found the Potato Heads by accident in the toddler section, while looking for something else.
The single packs and the 2-pack, but still no convertible packs. We may not have got them in Australia.
And finally at ToysRUs.
Just like BigW, nothing new since last week. There is only one MP Prowl left, after starting out with 20. Still no sign of Sunstorm, and no Grimlocks while I was there.
Stomp & Chomp Grimlock on sale this week for $120.
Still a TFPrime Voyager Bulkhead floating around.
And the Kreons on sale - 3 for $10. They still have 2 & 1/2 cases of the first 2014 microchangers, so wont be getting in the second wave any time soon.
A disappointing late-night shopping event... but was worth checking out the new, larger Garden City, for anyone else on this side of Brisbane to visit in the future.
Legends Strafe and Megatron found at Coles Sunnybank $7.
(Wave 1 was Optimus, Starscream, Bumblebee)
