Myer still haven't done anything to show off the contents of their Platinum Edition sets, as one of the people in charge had said they would.

That's funny.... I went to a Myer THursday night, and they had the SDCC Boba Fett with Carbonite Han in spiderwrapps on a display.... Nice levely Black Box with no idea whats inside, and most of the writting hidden by the security....

24 hours later, someone had opeened one and "flipped the lid" to the back so you could see the contents....

I'm at Aspley TRU. They've got MP grimlock back.

Edit: Asking a guy at TRU Aspley wanting to get stock of MP Sunstorm transferred to here, they said they can (ended up finding stock in their storage). But if you ask someone at G City TRU about Grimlock i'm sure they could do the same. The problem with Grimlock earlier this year, i think, was they had no stock in AUS at all but now they have stock so there should not be any trouble in transferring.

Edit 2: As for MP Sunstorm, their system said they had 10 of the in stock but couldn't find any, so they said as soon as they find one they'd call me

First day of the Myer toy sale, and the Garden City store is out of the Autobot 5-pack, and has 2 of the Trailer/Sideswipe packs.

I grabbed the last Autobot 5-pack and asked if they had anymore out the back (so that I could post here for others to know if it was worth bothering going there for one). They said that more "should" come in and were taking names and details... so if they do get more in before the sale ends, you can reserve one and they'll chase you up. Otherwise, try a different store first if you can.


(I forgot my Myer One card... but wasn't going to go back home for it, as there was someone else there wanting one, so I couldn't risk saying that I'd go back home for it and come back to find it sold to someone else.)

TRU Garden City had a few MP Wheeljacks when I was there earlier today (I counted 4) and about half a dozen Prowls in case anyone doesn't have one yet.

Also saw TF4 Voyager Hound and Slog, Prime Voyager Bulkhead and Starscream, and the translucent Abominus legends set.

I was told by the Saleswoman/Cashier that these TF toys were on special & hence no further 10% discount with the Myer One card. But you do get the rewards points.
