Since theres no QLD thread for potential shops I'll use this thread to ask, where are the best places to go toy hunting on the Gold Coast? I'm heading up there next week for a holiday and wouldn't mind searching for some new toys like the new Activators. I'm aware of Titans Tower in Southport and then theres Pacific Fair but are there any Toyworlds/Toy Kingdoms on the GG?

Check the toyworld.com.au website and look up their stores locations. There are at least a couple there.

If you get a chance you could check out Titans Tower. I've not been to the store itself but the staff at brisnova were pretty friendly, and they did have some good TFs.

Yeah, there's Toyworlds all over the place here (Tho I must warn you their stock has been pretty poor recently), and various Kmart's, Targets and Big W's, tho Titan's Tower is the only place on the coast with imports, in fact its even better than any of the Brisbane shops since those don't tend to carry much TF stuff...

They used to be located in the older section of Australia Fair, on Young Street, but have moved further down the road now, just past the Department of Health and then a florist/hair-dressers.

There's a toyworld in Southport, in Australia fair. You could hit the two stores in the one shopping trip.

As for new sightings though, Toyworld Runaway Bay has the new 25th Ann Legends figures for $7.99. There's 2x Brawn, 1x Beachcomber, 2x Bumbles. I passed on them as they are likely to turn up at Woolworths like the last series (which means I get them free, because I sneak them into the weekly grocery shop!). I would imagine you'll see them at other Toyworlds in the next week.
Strange though, as I thought Cosmos and Wheelie were this wave as well. Cosmos I can understand being a fan-favourite, but who the hell would buy 2 sets of Wheelie the most hated character in all of Transfandom?
