Sometime later.. yeah I picked up one of these guys. Just got around to opening it.. and the dudes arm snaps off? It can just hold on by those triangular meshy joins but something seems snapped off but I can't see where it would connect. Wouldn't even consider transforming him.

Pretty big dump on the Masterpiece tradition. More like an Ultra figure.
