Thanks for the suggestions STL, very informative and from the sounds of things I would enjoy reading at least the first 5 or 6 of you suggestions.

War within sounds like a must have so will hopefully pick that up first or one of the others that has been suggested.

Thank god I have a birthday coming up real soon as there is so much stuff I want.

And there's great news too b/c the War Within (the first two series ie. Vol 1 + vol.2 the Dark Ages) is being collected into a Hardcover in the next two months at a great price of $19.99USD IIRC and that should equate to about $30 AUD.

It's not a hardcover like Marvel Omnibus. It's a paperback (in the Amazon description) and I think it's smaller sized like those Buffy and Star Wars Omnibus trades you see in the stores.

I have most of the comics prior to 2008 (I usually by the compilations, and get a few at a time, so can end up buying a whole years worth of comics at once), and can lend them to you if you want. Or at least, let you have a browse through them to see which ones you want to buy.

Hi, yeah Gok is right I don't really consider the Titan reprints to be recent though I do own a couple and have read them many times as they are stories I am familiar with as a kid and love. Time Wars!!!! Oh yeah, I read most of that one as a kid too so might be interested in picking that up.

STL thanks for the link, I am not so picky about the size and format of this trade so will definitely be picking one up along with some of the other suggestions everyone has so kindly made.

Griffin that is an awesome offer mate and I can assure you that your comics would be handled with loving care from a long time comic collector who is extremely pedantic about the condition and care of his own collection (which you would have free reign to read if your interested in Wolverine and stuff of that veign lol You might enjoy one I have called We3 though). Can you Pm me your location and stuff. Would also be nice to meet a fellow Brissy TF fan.

Also I am not to sure of the Comic shops in Brisbane. Used to be a regular at Comics Etc and Daily planet and get my picks reserved behind the counter every month but when I stopped working in the city I kind of fell out of the comic collecting game. Haven't been in there in a long time.

I also have (thanks to my wife for valentines day years ago) the first issue Dream wave ever brought out in the 4 different covers and the 4 posters that were realeased (op,megs,autobots,decepticons - been meaning to get em block mounted for ages) It was some special first release pack she bought for me from some supplier, so apart from that and the Titan reprints I have very little.

Not sure about the Comic shops in Brisbane, as I don't get into the CBD much, so rarely buy comics domestically. I usually import or catch up every year I go to BotCon (cheaper, as it saves on shipping).
