Rodimus and Cyb Ironhide are meant to be US TRU exclusives later this year. And yes, we won't see them here either.
It also looks like Hasbro aren't releasing Blackout at all now, so the JP version would be the best way to go, to be sure of getting one.

It was anticipated that Hasbro US would catch up their waves to us, but it seems they have returned to be the leading western market again, with the sighting of wave 2 Autobot Alliance Voyagers BanzaiTron and Battle Blades Optimus before us.
