Apparently, all of the first wave of Legacy Evolution and Earthspark are now out in America.

Legacy Breakdown found at US retail - it is in Legacy packaging, but would have been released as part of Legacy Evolution wave 1.

Earthspark Tacticon wave 1 found at US retail... at the same time as their first sighting here in Australia, despite America supposed to be having a 3 month lead on the Earthspark toyline. It is really puzzling too, as the Hasbro people doing the exhibit at the Sydney convention in September were unable to say why we had to wait an extra 3 months, but then for most of the toyline it didn't even matter, as we only ended up being a week or two behind.
