I don't think it can really be a random postcode system. I know people who live at the same postal address who respectively have and have not got their package yet. That said, I finally got mine on Friday.

i read a supposed ato insider leak - it said they do use the random Postcode thing, but the dont distribute to the whole Postcode in one hit - so each night they will choose say 100 postcodes, and pay 1000 people n each postcode, and then the postcode goes back into the lottery - once the final people in that postcode get paid, then that code is removed...
that being said, it sucked waiting (got mine last wednesday, my toy can be seen in the nontf aqcuisitions thread)
