I didn't realise that wave 2 of the 1-steps have not been sighted/reported yet, despite Firestorm finding wave 3 back in the end of June (two months ago).
I don't even recall if I've seen them in stores here myself, so I can't be sure if they are only now being released... but this is the first official sighting of wave 2.
Not that there would be too many people here who care much about the 1-steps... which could be why they've only just been noticed in stores.

I've seen Fixit in stores for sure (and I think the other two) in Victoria in the past few weeks, but I've not been paying attention to sightings of 1-steps so didn't know they were noteworthy.

I think most would say they aren't "noteworthy".
And I don't expect people to take notice of items that they don't collect.
Besides, usually I would notice these sorts of gimmick things myself, but stores around me have been SO empty with stock... and when I get certain toys like these many months ago, they don't stand out as easily here when I browse the stores here.
