Make sure you don't wear any TF shirts onto the plane (Shirts On A Plane!).You might also wanna carry your TF toys in your main luggage rather than carry-on... less questions that way.
Some of you know this story, but I was once questioned by airport security because I had Cybertron Snarl and Galvatron in my bag - the security officer asked me, "What is this?" so I literally told her the entire history of Transformers. I have no idea how much time lapsed but yeah... would've wasted a good deal of her time.Her eyes were quite thoroughly glazed over by the end of my lecture.
