Is there a way Hasbro could figure out if there was someone who said yes was an employee. With the use of a clever alias eg: "roller" how would they determine which employee it was?

I don't think anyone working for Hasbro would risk making it known that they were from Hasbro, in case they lose their job over it. Interacting on a fan forum would not be worth that risk.

Is it normal for TFA Soundwave to have the legs pop off?
I was helping my nephew fix it after the legs popped off.
Seems as they come off fairly often.

I just played w/ mine again to see and nope, they should pop off. They're on ball joints so there should be no real problem other than the fact that the ball joints might be a bit loose. If that's the case, you should return it.
