Good thing I normally search by "price, lowest first" then, so my searches are completely unaffected
It is a pretty silly system eBay are using, but I won't give someone a 5 out of 5 if their service was only adequate.
Does leaving no stars at all affect their star rating?

In short, the answer is 'yes'.

Have a read of this article regarding Plastic Degradation due to UV light. While it does not specifically mention chrome, the same rules apply.

I know they originate from different countries, but could Overlord be considered as a Duocon?

    From TFwiki:

The Duocons, Battletrap and Flywheels, are unique in that their robot modes are formed from the combination of two separate vehicles that have no other transformation.

Overlord is formed from two individual vehicles, a tank and a jet, which combine together to form his colossal robot mode

Granted Overlord is amped up more than the traditional Duocons, but the same principle seems to apply.

I think its just one of those things no one talks about or acknowledges.

Like how in Beast Wars no one said "Hey Tigerhawk you've got a bit of Fuzor action going on there".

Duocon is a specific sub-group rather than a default descriptor for _any_ robot formed from multiple alt modes. Cos if that were the case, a _lot_ of Transformers would be classified as Triple Changers that were never officially classified as such!

Speaking of Fuzors... when Magmatron first came out in Japan, in my toy review I described the combined dino mode as a "Tri-dino Fuzor" -- even though Takara never used this term for this toy. A year later when Hasbro released their version of Magmatron, sure enough the last line of his tech specs reads: "recombines into an unstoppable tri-dinosaur Fuzor." That was the second time Hasbro quoted me in a toy's tech specs (the other time was in the tech specs of Tripredacus Agent).

Yeah, those were my 15 seconds of anonymous fame.

Duocon could still be used as a reference term, describing a toy that has a similar concept to the two 'official' Duocons. They never had any story developed behind the Duocon concept in the comics or JP cartoon (they didn't appear in the US cartoon), so wouldn't it be interesting if the concept was an early experimental phase for combiner technology, or something else that Overlord was involved in and perfected for himself and a couple other Decepticons?

(just had a look at the tfwiki duocon article, and looks like Dreamwave did have the Duocon concept used as an early experiment for the Shockwave's Triplechanger project)

I think there is a slight difference with Overlord though, because he transforms to a base as well as a jet and tank, so really, he is more a triplechanger than a duocon.
