Transformers questions by newbies, and not-so-newbies

That's part of the long story, which is why I remember that specific little detail - we were in a Kmart in America, and an Inferno was on a trolley of discounted items... it looked fine, and I almost bought it, but then I saw that one side was open - I looked inside and only saw one missile where there was supposed to be two. (it was a cheap price, and a toy that wasn't easy to find, but after several minutes of walking around the store with Demonac, I decided against getting it because it would bug me that it was incomplete and I'd have to find another missile or new toy to get the missile)

It would bug me, too, and is probably why it was discounted. I hope you eventually managed to find a complete Inferno.

Yep, and all the rest of the series... I only just found the last one just a couple months ago in Singapore (a yellow redeco of the red motorcycle - not in the photo below yet though). Which was a welcome surprise, because it was even harder to find than most in this (unloved) series.

Ooh awesome! I've still to get Megatron. It's sad that this series is as you put it unloved, because when I got Stealth Force Soundwave, I absolutely fell in love with the toy (although that's standard for me but regardless ). I think the gimmick is really neat (and I'm not 100% sure but it doesn't require batteries?), they look good, plus I can test them out (without missiles) and still have them Mint on Sealed Box. I think more people should buy them.

Are the sculpts in the SOTA Transformers chess set unique, or are they from one of the PVC lines? They kind of look like Heroes of Cybertron. :/

Why does United Artfire - a double targetmaster - have a fireblast ranking of only 5?

What, is he dual-wielding pea shooters? Anyway, isn't his aim supposed to be really good? Maybe a well-placed shot is worth more than a high-powered one.

There isn't a Stealth Force Jazz. That silver car in the picture is Bluestreak/Silverstreak. There's a "Cyberslammers" Jazz from the first movie, which is sort of the same thing, only way better.

I know, I edited my post before you posted your reply. I do know what Jazzes there are available... I collect them (and love them all). That was an error on my part that I fixed straight away.

I absolutely hated the first movie when I watched it. Main reason being is that they killed off Jazz (as well as changed his character too much).

I am looking at acquiring a Masterpiece Grimlock from somewhere at a good price. Are there any KOs known to exist for these or any thing else to be aware of? Also why does the Takara version come with an apron and cocktails?

Because that's what he had in Season 3 of the G1 cartoon... as opposed to Grimlock of the G1 comics who was a King! (which is why the Limited Edition and Hasbro versions of Grimlock come with the crown instead; can you see why a lot of G1 fans prefer the comics over the cartoon? ).

I was wondering, I have a lot of empty TF boxes and card with bubble I want to keep, mostly Takara stuff. Whats the best way to store them and keep them safe? I'm currently just putting them in a cupboard and hoping for the best.
