Is it normal for companies such as BBTS to over estimate the shipping weight and hence pocket the cash? For example, an overestimate of 5 lbs in shipping weight translates to an extra US$20 for UPS Air Service (US$4 per lb). Have people noticed this on their PoL shipment?
Never looked at the final shipping weight myself but I would guess that they work off estimates. I know RK tends to overcharge on shipping. HLJ won't give you a shipping estimate till they have the product in stock.
