unlikely. Remember that in Japan, English language movies are considered to be foreign language movies, which means that they come out quite late there. The first TF movie came out in Japanese cinemas around... Aug/Sep? Ditto the UK for some odd reason (poor UK TFans are always getting shafted )

As for Targetmaster Scourge, I agree with liegeprime - and it's not so much about the depth of the gun holes but the width. Targetmaster Hot Rod's fist and engine holes are wider to accomodate the Nebulan compared to those holes on the original toy.
