    It could be like Dion.
The Transformers character is pronounced Die-on (possibly derived from Diode), but the human name spelt exactly the same is pronounced Dee-on.
So if Pion is a Transformers word, I'd probably go with Pie-on, as "Peon" (a peasant labourer) is pronounced Pee-on.

My middle name is Dion. I always say the Transformers name as Dee-on as a result and then when I watch the episode with him in it I'm like "WTF, thats not right"

I must admit that "Dee-on" is more intuitive for me too (as I knew a kid called Dion was I was in school, although teachers often mispronounced his name as "Dye-on"), but yeah, for the Autobot it's meant to be "Dye-on."

As for Pion, I would pronounce it as "Pye-on" because to me it sounds similar to "Pius," but then again, "pius" is originally pronounced as "pee-oos" in Latin, so "Pee-on" wouldn't sound wrong to me either. Eh... I suppose until we hear someone actually pronounce it in official canon it's open to interpretation. It's not like Tolkien who made meticulous notes for readers to know how to pronounce names etc. in his universe.

A pion (referencing the Greek letter pi) is a subatomic particle so I've only ever pronounced it "pye"-on. Science specific words seem to get lifted from real world scientific vernacular and used as apparently common words in sci-fi.

My question is regarding vintage G2 Sideswipe. From what I've seen of misb specimens, he didn't come with a hood/chest sticker applied. Was the both a G-2 autobot faction sticker and a "regular" autobot faction sticker on the sticker sheet? I'm trying to decide which (if either) to put onto my MPG2SS.

Has that Generations Voyager 'Protectobot Hot Spot' ever been KO'ed? Seems to be a lot for sale on Ebay at fairly cheap prices.

I picked one up on ebay, the GDO version. Got it for a total of like $30 shipped or something? Feels and looks legit. If it's a K.O it's a bloody fantastic one at that.

    Gen2 sticker? - apparently not.

Looking at my collection, quite a few of the Gen2 toys didn't even look to have allegiance symbols on them. The ones that did, most had a very small, simple paint-app with the allegiance name next to it, but a couple were factory applied stickers (I could see them on green tank Megatron and Dreadwing... maybe some others).
The Autobot Cars and Decepticon Jets that were Gen2 redecos all had Gen1 allegiance stickers, which was a bit lazy, after spending time and money on all the colour changes and extra accessories.

Although "Pi" is pronounced as "Pee" in Greek (because it's the Greek alphabet equivalent of the letter P in the Roman alphabet).

Just "regular." G2 Sideswipe only had the "G2" logo on his chest in the comics.

What shipping do you guys usually use on BBTS?, I don't know if I should use the cheapest one because it doesn't have tracking.
