do the collectors club release a toy every year like the seacons (not nececerily a combiner, but something unique to the collectors club)? or was it a once off?

They always talk about wanting to do lots more exclusive toys, but I think the time it takes to get them approved and produced, plus the lack of interest of their first two (Airazor and Astrotrain) really stalled their plans. There isn't any release pattern, but I think like any business, they'd try to keep them coming as soon as they can. With the Seacons selling out, and Nightbeat almost all gone, I think we'll see some more soon.

Good thing you didn't win that auction, I really don't think it was worth it. Perhaps the fort max gun and the sword (this could be real?) was the reason behind the high final price. Funny to see that the greedy seller also has his/her prices in USD and shipping as "First Class International" airmail. Pretty sure that service doesn't exist here in oz

I could be wrong but I think that sword was only available through a japanese store contest, I know that one came with the omega prime giftset but I dont think that one had the long handle that magnus is holding in that photo. correct me if I'm wrong.
If I'm right then imo its a steal at that price considering last year I saw that sword go for over $300us. with ruination and magnus included it makes it well worth it.

I think the sword was a mail-away lucky-draw prize. It didn't come with the God Fire Convoy set. It did come with the long handle which I've heard is flimsy.

Hey does anyone know if the new 1986 movie blu ray version will come with the deleted footage that was included in the 20th anniv dvd? Anyone know a release date on it as well?

How on earth does one transform the chest area of the Movie Bumblebee (Concept Camaro version) toy? The automorph fails most of the time on mine-I pull the chest up and nothing happens. Is there an arm alignment problem or something?

It's possible that one of the gears might've slipped. If so you're gonna need to re-align them - you'll need to use a miniature screwdriver. Happened to me once because I applied too much excessive force, but I've never had the problem again since. So long as you're careful and transform it properly it shouldn't be a problem.
