I just checked the Toyfair report, and it says they are out from May 15th, but I'm pretty sure that the main movie line is the only one with an embargo (May 30th).

I also like how the forks are well hidden in the photo.

And I just noticed only right now that his head/helmet has the shape of an obsolete telly with the two look-e-a-like mole things on his left face being the channel and volume tuners. lol! I very love wreck-gar!

Apparently today is the birthday of the Transformers, as the first issue of the Marvel comic came out on this day in 1984, and the toys followed suit.

I celebrated by buying Universe G1 Legends Starscream. He's quite nice-I especially like the colour choices.

Ah... this day twenty-five years ago. Rumble was red, Frenzy was blue, everyone else was whatever colour Nel Yomtov thought they should be at that particular time, Ratchet and Ironhide had mobile bases and their heads behind their windscreens, the characters all actually had the abilities in their tech-spec bios, everyone spoke with ridiculous amounts of exposition and all was as it should be.

Transformers was all downhill from there.
