I don't think there was an embargo for the preview toys. They were supposed to come out a few weeks earlier, and now would be about the right time for them.

I just checked the Toyfair report, and it says they are out from May 15th, but I'm pretty sure that the main movie line is the only one with an embargo (May 30th).
