Hey what do we think about a vintage complete rubber tires Ultra Magnus with a decent box and styro for $69USD plus shipping. won him last night and the only bidder.

seller says the figure, chrome and stickers are all great as he only transformed it 2 -3 times and then put him away.

cant wait for him to arrive. i've never had a G1 UM and i figured this was a pretty decent price?

I figured a potential encore would cost something similar.

damnit now i want the powered convoy and Shining 'urine' magnus' re-issues. this could get expensive

Liege: You're right! But they're casted by ptitvite from tfw2005! Just received my shipment the other day - and had to crack em out!

And new 'Acquisition' - still WIP - just need to add the detail for the rear end and headlights - but I had to put him together before my trip! Cause it'll be another five days before I can get back to it!

And all it took was giving some crappy reissue i didn't want in the first place off to someone.... LONG LIVE THE ORIGINALS!!!

Today was quite the unplanned acquisition today. It was supposed to just be two friends dropping off a Legend each.

The first brought me a Universe Legends Bumblebee (Classics) and a last minute Encore Prime (the last Encore on my want list!)

The second visit was Krayt who brought me Universe Wheelie (imported, other wheelies for comparison) & Animated Starscream, and then we got talking about Botcon boxsets and shortly thereafter, we arranged a swap for my Botcon 08 box set for his Takara Reissue Predaking, which has been somewhat of a grail for me! Thank you!



I really prefer the colors of Hasbro's Universe Wheelie as opposed to the Henkei version. It's much closer to the iconic (to me) colors of the G1 toy. I've gone nearly 100% Henkei for Classics 2.0 (Sunstreaker and newer), but I've found that Hasbro has 2 superior standouts, this guy and Inferno.

I still need me a bumblebee and wheelie! And yeah - the hasbro colours are way more iconic to me too, considering that I had the g1 toy too ^_^

Lol - if it was the 07 botcon set, I'd be all gushy - the 08 set - not my cup of tea ! The comic was pretty cool though - but they just don't fit in with classics/henkei

Yes, very nicely won. Would make you a bit worried that there was something wrong that everyone else could see and avoided it, but you were missing.
