Granted, they weren't as much as a BotCon set on the secondary market, but try finding a set of these mint (genuinely mint, not eBay "mint") in a decent box.

I think I paid under $300 each for a MIB G1 Jetfire, MIB G1 Omega Supreme and a complete G1 Scorponok but they were purchased about four years ago.

Well, this is utterly pathetic compared to everyone else, but $50 on Animated Blitzwing/Grimlock. Each.
