New BotCon toy found.

It's in packaging, with writing on it for BotCon 2009, confirming this as one of the toys that will be available at the convention (or maybe even the attendee figure).
It is being called Elita-1, because it resembles the character in the 2007 Convention comic 'Games of Deception'.
