Default Star Wars Crossovers Magnaguard & Ashoka.

Star Wars Transformers Crossovers Magnaguard (new mould)

Ahsoka Tano (I think this is the 5th or 6th use of this mould).

And since we are about 3 waves behind in Australia, to get a refresher on the ones we still haven't seen here (about 6-8 figures), check these archive links:

4th use of the remould. 6th if you include the original mould.
I think Obi-wan and Saesee Tiin use the original model from EpII, where the others after them use the model from the Clone Wars

I suppose it would be terribly nerdy of me to point out that the Ahsoka Tano TF is using the wrong light sabre form in that card art. (it should be this one)

I think it's probable that the way one uses a lightsaber would differ when one is attempting to pilot a whopping great Transformer rather than just holding a laser sword in one's own hands.

I think the mold used for Asohka is well on the way to beating BW Dinobot's record as Most Repainted Transformer Toy.

What about RiD Prowl? They broke the mould/toolings for it with all the redecos they did, which is why we haven't seen it anymore. And I'd think the Classics Seeker jet mould won't have much life left in with all the redecos/minor mods they've done for that one, and it's only like 2-3 years old.
