So therefore criticism of the koran and hadith will be treated as islamophobia, racism or an attack on moderate muslims when it's really an attack on paedophilia, forced marriage/sexual slavery and enemies of human rights.
I hate the terrorists, I wanted them exterminated. However that doesn't mean I am going to go and support people killing every Muslim they see on the streets.

Trev has it right, the bible is also filled with vile crap that got acted upon during Inquisition times and much of the middle ages. We all know how progressive that age was that it is now historically known as the 'dark ages'.

Ironically enough during this time the Arabs were much more progressive Socially, in Science and mathematics and this helped Europe restore much of what was lost after Rome fell and put us back into a progressive path. If Christians are not presently killing other non-christians or those not of their exact faith then they can only be called moderate Christians because if they were 'extremists' they would also be killing in the name of the Bible/Christ as it has happened in the past.

However one has to acknowledge that the hippy left wing angle is also grossly silly - Simply the other extreme of the same stupidity. Clearly there is a problem with extremism in modern Muslim culture and this needs to be acknowledged if we are to remove it. I can say with some measure of certainly that a lot of Muslims around the Lakemba area would not be the types that I woud call 'moderate'. The reason why their kids are more likely to act is because they hear the idiology tom the parents (eg, Son, just look at how those women dress, this country is rotten and needs Sharia law) They may not be blowing themselves up but I am sure they wish to have what IS want to achieve through violence and neither end goal is good for humanity.
