HA! Just when I thought it couldn't get worse.
Ive had dry eyes for years, but because it is difficult to read (due to variable blurred vision), they would not renew my licence.
Drops of many kinds work for a few minutes but thats all, but nothing fixes the problem of my eyes not making sufficient tears.
Did some research and there are eye drops in japan that make your eyes produce tears, but getting the drops, if only to try them seems like an iffy premise.
Seeing an eye doc in sydney on friday
Wish me luck...
Good luck
Thanks for the well wishes kind people!
hopefully I can get this sorted quickly and get my licence back
May take a few weeks though.
May start a sandpaper eyes thread...
Do they still use mercury fillings? I thought they were banned.
got a filling on a difficult tooth at the back, material was not the standard stuff they zap with the uv thing.
Have a bad feeling it was a mercury tooth.
If I knew that I would have refused it...
Not sure what to do now
Will ri g them in the morning. Never gave permission for mercury to be useu in my mouth.
Thats as toxic as
I can't imagine they'd even be able to get hold of mercury, let alone that it's a liquid at room temperature, and not suitable as a filling material under any circumstances.
Went to import photos into Flickr, so I can update my Thunderclash custom thread here and Flickr/Yahoo have locked me out of the account and it doesn't recognise any of my alternate email addresses.
Sigh.
Sitting here waiting for patches to install for one of our servers after we went to a friends for tea. People next door are out and there dog has not stopped barking since 8:45pm. I can't even wear headphones and drown it out as I can still hear it. How many things thrown at their screen door do you think it will take to get it to shut up?
