I noticed this morning that this is not only the competition question at Myer, but also at Jay Jays. I'm curious as to how they came up with the same question? I wonder if Hasbro will get the responses or is involved in the judging?

Hasbro probably suggests it to anyone wanting to host an official Transformers competition, or the companies ask Hasbro for suggestions/recommended competition formats.

He's made up of leftover seeker parts (classics starscream and ramjet) I put together. I had my own version of "botcon" seekers custom painted by another member here (Stencilator) and so not to waste the parts left, I assembled him and asked Stencilator to paint him up according to this color scheme ( The Fallen x Nemesis Prime scheme) which he did a very fine job off. Ive added a few extra teal blue highlights since. Also armed him with a starswrord from that Binaltech arming kit. Then viola! instant acquisition mascot since last, last year.
