What do you mean they cant re-sell them Tober? I didnt quite get it? Surely there would be tons of people who would buy the new powerglide kit... even if its not during the wonder festival. They had a one day liscense from Tomy to sell Transformers product at the Wonderfest event. To sell it outside of Wonderfest without a license is illegal. I guess their best option now is to recast the copyright pieces and sell the kit at Summer Wonderfest.

that one day license thing and copyright stamp for 2007 is just silly!
why would you go get a 2007 stamp when you were going to sell it at 2008??
