Default Devastator out in UK - video reviews and photo gallery.

The big beast of the TF2 toyline has been released in the UK, so could appear in other countries at any time. It was priced at £100 (which is currently about AU$205), but don't panic, as we are supposed to get it here for about AU$150-155.

This is the first time I've had a proper look at the vehicles separately, and in my opinion, they look rather boring with almost no paint apps. Looks like they really cut back on the expenses on this one to get it under a certain price point.
It spoils it a bit having such big areas of bright colouring. Even a bit of a light spray of light brown speckling to emmulate the sand of the Egyptian desert.

Ah, looks like there's already a topic in the reviews section.
Discuss this in either topic if you want.
If it is a non-member review of something significant (like this) it can go in the news sections. The reviews section is more for our own members' reviews, which will hopefully encourage home-grown reviews if there is an absence of them in the reviews section... maybe...

Hmmm from the photos, he looks to be about the same height as Roll-Out animated prime? Looks awesome, but still not understanding why they just couldn't make the individual vehicles transform as well - just like the good old G1s....

After looking at more pictures I was starting to convince myself that I would by Devastator. But after watching the reviews and finding out that the separate parts don't transform into robots, I'm definately not getting it anymore.

Stability and weight distribution. As Frenzy Rumble said, Devastator's legs joints are basically useless because they have to hold up a lot of weight. Being load-bearing parts, those leg pieces would have to be pretty solid.
