It was only when he asked me where I lived - expecting me to tell him which prefecture - that I said I was in Australia and he was like, sounding like he nearly fell of his chair, オーストラリア？！？He was also really apologetic (and you just know that they're bowing at you repeatedly on the other end of the phone)...
