TFs Q/C problems archive (already damaged in the packaging)

I got MP-20+ in this shape out of the box. Very deliberate looking scratch marks on the wing, and a small abrasion on the inside corner of the other wing.
Pretty pissed off, luckily its on the cheaper end of an MP figure.
Will I have much luck if I email robotkingdom?
Otherwise, what are the chances of finding a matching gloss white and then applying a new coat successfully?

Paypal, funded with a cc.
I'll email RK and hopefully they come to the party so I don't have to resort to disputes etc.
The little nick on the corner I would have put down to "shit happens" QC, but the scratches are a different story.

Looks like someone has been scratching spoiler wings ever since. My MP20 has smudged Lancia logo because of the scratch...
