Minotaur had him last time I was in there. Not sure if they sell online though.
Look them up.
I was under the impression that it wasn't illegal in QLD, but I guess I should have read the QLD page when I was looking over Tiby's site...
When I called the QLD police a couple years back about owning toy/replica guns, I was told I didn't need a permit, and there wasn't a problem. I guess they were wrong, and just guessed.
If it really is currently illegal to own Megatron in QLD, I'll have to keep an eye on any QLDers who talk about Megatron now as well.

Depending on the situation, they might be reminded that they are putting themselves in danger of legal action by mentioning owning one. It's unfortunate, but that's for your protection. Those who know this but persist in promoting a sale or ownership, may be dealt with more harshly, as they risk having this place shut down for being a source of promoting illegal activity.

Hey Griff, I could be wrong and I think we should check with our resident legal experts, but I was always under the impression that site operators were not held accountable by the comments of their users. If so, sites like YouTube, MySpace, Facebook and countless forums would cease to exist.
Are they also illegal in W.A. too?
I think you need a replica firearms license to pick it up from Customs after they seize it.
