To be honest, I think a black shirt with red window would sell, because black is a more popular colour, and fans and 'non-fans' would still think/refer to it as a Soundwave T-shirt anyway.

Oh, it'd sell, but I think the logic behind Gok's claim is a little too obscure. Blue is the right choice.

Personally I'd only get blue, because I dislike the way black t-shirts fade.

I'd still get and appreciate any Soundblaster reference, but I expect many would miss it. For that reason I think a more wide-reaching idea like Bumblebee is a better choice for JayJays. Casual buyers are more likely to buy Soundwave AND Bumblebee shirts than a Soundwave AND a Soundblaster shirt.

It'd make a great OzFormers exclusive, however, if we could swing it. (No Ross, that's not a hint... I personally want blue, as I said)

I think they would still call it 'Soundwave', which would still sell to those non-fans who recognise it as Soundwave, and fans could refer to it as either, because it could pass as both. The black shirt gives it an 'altered state', yet recognisable look (like the previous shirt with the four autobots coloured in just one colour each - people knew who they were, despite the inaccurate colourings).

This is similar to TakTom's Music Label "Blaster Black Soundwave".

Hey, more of Don Figueroa's G1 licensing art.

*folds arms* I don't own any TF clothes at all.

Hey Guys , glad you like. Just Got confirmation that these styles will be in store mid Sept. FYI the hoodies won't be available in a lot of Northern stores (too warm to sell at that time of year ) but plenty in the South.... Ross

I've editted the title and first post to reflect the new release date.

The soundwave, optimus and megatron shirts are excellent!

I'm really hating the white hoodies that have been released so far. They just look terrible. The best I can describe them is a mix between pyjamas and something you would see only teenage boys wearing.
