Perth is lucky enough to have its own International Mailing Centre. Anything coming to Perth via Overseas touches down here directly, not in the eastern states. Packages are inspected at the entry border. Because WA doesn't recieve its international mail via Sydney, WA customs has different alerts than Sydney customs. Unfortunately, QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, VIC all share the same entry border, therefore MP5=bad in the east. I may be wrong, but thats how I see it.
