One thing that's long irked me about Hasbro packaging is the amount of space wasted... about half of the contents of that box is air. :/
That's true. If they reduced the packaging, maybe we'll pay more close to US retail, as they'll be able to bring more in in the same space as a few large boxes.

I still call it as fake.
Someone won an auction for Bulkhead took him home and photographed him with a Movie Voyager docket.
Unless some instore pics, or multiple further sightings are shown, I'll take this as someone wanting some attention.
And I cannot agree more about the wasteful packaging.
Looking For: Wreckers Saga TPB Collection (with Requiem)
Unlikely, but not impossible.
Large useless packaging is just another way for hasbro to justify the cost of the larger TF's, It makes the toy look bigger on the shelf and that packaging ain't free yknow. Just another reason I dislike modern Mega's and anything larger.
Another reason why I tend to prefer Takara's packaging. Smaller and far more efficient (and better looking too!).
Maybe Archer's trying to compensate for something... ;p
And since Hasbro AU seem to price figures according to the size of the packaging rather than the size of the toy, we can expect more 'twice US retail' on these Animated figures.![]()

Actutally, just looking up at the shelves above me at my cybertron collection, the boxes seem pretty much right for what's in them, and the supreme (screamer and primus), look pretty good too. But yea, looking at that picture of bulkhead again, it looks like a voyager in an ultra box.
And the less said about the deathstar darths box the better too.
Yep, probably go for $55-$60 for a voyager now.
I remember they were $39-45 with cybertron, $45-49 with movie now, so another 5-10 increase wouldn't surprise me.
This sort of thing is just making me become very selective now. I've already decided that from now on I'll only be getting core movie characters that I don't already have, and the list I did make of non-movie characters will have to be forgotten just due to how much it's all costing.

Yay, we all love getting ripped off by the company who makes the toy line we all love.
