I find it odd that the seller is in Sydney, and claims to have these two samples already (which photos have only just been leaked).
Either it's a scam (is unlikely, with the details and items listed on the feedback page), or someone from within Hasbro sneaking out samples (which are already doing the rounds at Hasbro offices around the world).

Refusing to allow for pickup also suggests that they don't want to be found out.

Are they just using the stock images from the recently leaked photos?

I also just noticed that the person is only shipping it within Australia, not worldwide, which is really weird to restrict the potential pool of US high-priced bidders.

I think it's a scam since he says it is MISB which sounds like BS. It wouldn't be MISB if he got early samples, if it was already at the stage where it was in package, the factory guys would have been selling loose figures long before now.
