The guy may actually have access to someone with the toys, but he doesn't have them in hand now and - despite the fact that I was the highest real bidder at $65 and it 'sold' for $66 - he's 'kindly' offered to sell me one at $160.

highest bid at $66, your bid at $65, and his offer was $160?!? how does that make sense. If you were willing to pay more, you would have bidded higher, no?
