None of that description is accurate. The toy's not Megatron, not from the early 1990s, has been reissued (first as Megastorm in 1998, without electronics, then that neutered version was later reissued in Korea - which is what the toy from that auction actually is.)

Jimoinj is a member here, so I doubt it was intentional. He probably just doesn't know much about JP Transformers and didn't know that it was re-released in a JP series. It's in similar colours, so is an easy mistake to make if unfamiliar with JP TFs. He probably just guessed it was an Asian version of Gen2 Megatron, and wrote the description around what he did know of the Gen2 toy.

i feel sorry for the guy.
looks like he got gipped or misread the auction text the first time and then tried to resell it afterwards, but made a big loss.
