The actual Jetfire looks fine though. But that is unacceptable to try and evade the fees by doing so.

    Just a question:
When you pay shipping do they get the money or is it eBay getting it? I think it's the actual person but I'm not exactly an expert.

I'm pretty sure the seller gets the money but ebay doesn't take their 7% cut or whatever it is on the final price of the item..

Ebay gets a percentage of the sale price, before shipping.
Which is why people are tempted to post up items for a dollar (or something similar), with huge shipping fees... to get around paying much in fees.

Can the shipping fee be put through a claim in paypal now days? I've not used it in a while so not sure.

I haven't had to do a claim/dispute (thankfully) for a while, but the last time I had to ask for a refund, I got the full amount of what I paid -- including shipping.

That's good, hopefully it's still like that.

Yes, just got a claim back last week and I received the original shipping price as part of the refund.
Still ended up in the hole by $25 Due to sending the item back after being totally scammed.

Just a warning for those who buy from seller Transformerland on ebay. I just got a G1 Fizzle from them which pretty much disintergrated as soon as I touched him. The item was as pictured but they obviously had not tested it before putting it up for sale as I think the reason he broke so easy (and yes I was being very careful) was that he had not been transformed in a few decades. I'm sure the seller probably has tons of great toys that are fine, but they obviously do not check them out first.

Sent the seller a note about this - still awaiting a reply.
