Dear ********,
Hello!
Really sorry! Christmas hat as a gift for you. Our shipping department may have forgotten to send the Transformers with you. I now give you a refund via paypal. Please check! And, we will re-send the Transformers to you. In the five days. After you receive the Transformers. You then pay to me. Is that OK? I really knew was wrong. So I want to implore you could help me modify the negative feedback? Waiting for your reply! Merry Christmas!

I'll admit the refund has come back to my account but I'll bet it is because I contacted Paypal and e-mailed them photos of the "Christmas hat". No f***ing way am I sending him any more money...
Got refunded~
neeno mate paypal is ebay. different division i believe. so not only do they take there ebay fees but then sting you a second time with there bogus rates. ive only had a couple probs on ebay persoanlly and i just go ring paypal. speak direct to a person and get my cash back. one day i seriously was refunded in 2hours of ringing them.
sent the same to me got refunded on 2 of the items... he says he is resending them heaps of negative feedback on his account now.. yep he seems shocked.. and i flat out told him i was very angry.... if he sends the item yep sure i will pay for them.. but who does this to people....could just be a pro scammer.. who knows its not over yet... i wonder if i should bid on some more items lol

Member id lglg_zhao89.... seems to have sold the same items and has feed back a mere hours after a sale.... i smell a scam ring going on... but hey if they come thru with the good i am happy to be wrong.
Yeh i dont think they will come thru
Considering how long they've been around, and only had one negative feedback before this incident, AND considering they are refunding money with the claim that they will still send out the toys (leaving it up to the buyers to pay for it later if they want)... I get the feeling that it was probably just an unfortunate accident by someone else in their business, who boxed up the wrong items, or didn't know that a toy was to go into the boxes (if they saw a hat in each box and assumed it was ready to tape up and post).
A scammer wouldn't refund the money, and wouldn't still be on ebay selling hundreds of items, a year after they first started. And their completed sales in the last three months have been 447 items (sold, out of 660 listed - that'd be a lot of work to scam a dozen people out of $47 each).
The amount of items being sold by this dealer would need at least 2 or 3 people to run... perhaps it is even an ebay account set up by an existing toy store in China.
If they are refunding money, it's not a scam... and if they still send the toy, it's sounds like some expensive damage control over a mistake by one of their employees.
